Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order you must inform us no later than 7 working days of receipt of your order. You will need to inform us in writing that you wish to make a cancellation. You may do this by emailing us at returns@spotlightfancydress.co.uk. Please quote your order number when emailing us. Where an order is cancelled, the customer must ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods received.The goods must be returned to us in original packaging and condition within 7 working days of notifying Spotlight Fancy Dress of the cancellation. The cost of returning the goods will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the unlikely event that an item has been sent in error, or is deemed to be faulty on arrival, please inform us immediately by emailing us at returns@spotlightfancydress.co.uk, or by calling us on 0208 501 5055. Spotlight Fancy Dress will be happy to issue an exchange or refund for the faulty item.

If your order has not been dispatched your transaction will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. Please note that all orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the same day (excluding bank holidays).

We advise our customers to use a recorded delivery service when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for items that do not reach our premises.

In all cases, it is at the discretion of Spotlight Fancy dress as to whether a refund or exchange will be issued, where notification has not been received within 7 working days of receipt.

Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we regret that we are unable to accept returns on wigs, facial hair, hosiery and teeth.
