How do I make a purchase?
To make a purchase simply browse our store and add any items you wish to buy to your shopping cart. Once you have added the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, please proceed to our secure checkout area where you will be asked to enter a few details needed to complete the transaction.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo and Visa Electron. All payments are processed by Protx, our secure online payment gateway. Protx has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI) and adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that our customers' details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
When will my order be dispatched?
We dispatch orders 5 days a week (Mon - Fri, excluding bank holidays). Any orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day.
How soon will I receive my order?
It is possible to receive your order the next working day by 1pm. This depends on which delivery service you have selected and the time your order is placed. Please check our delivery options page for more information on each individual service.
What size costume should I order?
We sell a wide range of costumes in a variety of sizes. Please check individual costume descriptions for more information. Please note that fancy dress costumes are not tailored to fit individual sizes, but rather to accommodate a range of sizes. Most costumes are made from stretch material to allow some flexibility in size.
Can I return an item if it is not suitable?
Yes, under consumer protection laws you are entitled to a 7 day cooling off period. Please refer to our returns policy for our full terms and conditions.
